General Resort Rules
- Check in time begins after 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM
- A valid major credit card is required to make a reservation including complimentary sites. Grass Valley RV Resort (GVRV) reserves the right to authorize and/or charge a valid major credit card prior to check-in.
- GVRV is not responsible for any banking, credit/debit card fees charged to a guest by their Bank/Credit Card issuer.
- Banks/Credit Card issuers may take 7 business days (or more) to release holds placed on your credit card.
- Cancellations must be made by the registered guest.
- Extended stays are not guaranteed but will be considered.
- Site requests are not guaranteed but will be considered. Park management reserves the right to assign RV Park sites.
- While we encourage guests to enjoy their site, please keep it clean for everyone’s enjoyment. Dispose of garbage properly to deter pests, avoid leaving food or dirty dishes outside, and keep the site uncluttered when items aren’t in use.
- Only registered guests are permitted to use the facilities.
- Children less than 8 years of age must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
- Person(s) under 18 years of age shall not operate or ride as a passenger on a bicycle unless that person is wearing a properly fitted and fastened approved bicycle helmet.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed per RV site.
- RV Park speed limit is 5 mph. Please drive slow for everyone’s safety
- The RV office must be notified of all vehicle fluid leaks. If unable to remedy a vehicle fluid leak you may be asked to remove your vehicle.
- Only well-kept RVs are allowed in the RV Park. Unsafe, poorly maintained and/or visually unappealing RV’s are prohibited at the RV Park.
- We ask all guests to enjoy their stay while being considerate of others and following safety guidelines. Please avoid any actions that might disrupt the comfort of fellow guests or staff.
- Pets are welcome at the RV Park, with a limit of 2 pets per site unless prior approval is given for exceptions. For the safety and comfort of all, pets must be attended, leashed at all times, and never left unattended, regardless of weather conditions. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool area, and outdoor pens, cages, or kennels require prior approval from GVRV. GVRV reserves the right to ask guests to remove disruptive pets or vacate their site to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
- In case of payment default, GVRV has the right to remove the guest vehicle(s) and belongings from their site.
- Staying at GVRV does not create a tenancy, sub-tenancy, or any other legal right to occupy or use the property beyond your reservation. GVRV retains full and complete ownership and control of the entire premises at all times.
- This serves as your initial notification of these policies and terms. Please be mindful that any violations, such as noise disturbances or other issues, could lead to the termination of your stay, forfeiture of payments and deposits, and possible removal from GVRV property. Additionally, this may affect your ability to make future reservations at the resort. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
Prohibited at the Resort
- Waste connections that are not airtight.
- No Wood fires are prohibited at the RV Park. However, propane barbecues and charcoal grills are permitted for cooking, and only propane fire pits are allowed for recreational fires.
- No Clotheslines
- No Smoking in any of the Resort indoor and outdoor facilities/gated pool area. Smoking inside your RV is permitted. No smoking at the resort except in your vehicle.
- No Oil changes or vehicle repair work
- No Storage under RVs or vehicles
- No Parking in vacant sites
- We welcome the display of American flags and state flags as symbols of pride and unity. To maintain a welcoming environment for all guests, the display of political flags or any other flags not specified is not permitted. This policy ensures that our community remains respectful and enjoyable for everyone.
- Damaging or defacing sites or public areas of the resort is prohibited. Guests will assume complete responsibility for all damage caused by themselves and any of their guests or invitees to site or public areas of the resort
- GVRV is not responsible for injury, damage or loss of property.
- No Illegal or unsafe substances or activities are not permitted on the resort.
- No illegal goods are allowed the resort.
- Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner and avoid any actions that may be illegal, unsafe, or disruptive to other guests or staff. GVRV reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate their site or other areas of the park if necessary. In such cases, fees associated with the stay may be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.
Cancelation Policy
Standard Reservation
- For Cancellations 14 Days or More Before Arrival: A full refund will be issued, minus a $20 processing fee.
- For Cancellations 14 – 2 Days Before Arrival: 100% of a one-night stay along with any applicable fees will be kept as a cancellation fee.
- For Cancellations Less than 2 Days before Arrival and Early Departure: 100% of a one-night stay along with any applicable fees will be kept as a cancellation fee. The remaining funds will be returned in the form of camp credit.
28 Day Stay
- For Cancellations 30 Days or More Before Arrival: A full refund will be issued, minus a $50 processing fee.
- For Cancellations 2 – 30 Days Before Arrival: 100% of a one-night stay and any applicable fees will be kept as a cancellation fee. The remaining funds will be returned in the form of camp credit.
- For Cancelations Less Than 2 Days before Arrival and Early Departure: No refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
- To secure your reservation, a valid credit card is required, and an amount equal to the first night’s stay will be charged at the time of booking. Any refunds will be processed to the same card used for the reservation and issued within 7 business days of the request. Please note that cash refunds are not available. Thank you for your understanding!
- A refundable $250 security deposit is required when booking a 28-day stay. This deposit helps cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning during your visit. If no issues are found during the check-out inspection, the full deposit will be returned within 7 days. Should any deductions be necessary, an itemized list will be shared with you. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
- Camp credit is good for 1 year from the time of cancellation.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I grant to Grass Valley RV Resort, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs or videos of me, my family, and my property during my stay. I authorize Grass Valley RV Resort, its assigns, and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and electronically. I agree that the photographs and videos of me and my family may be used with or without my name for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposed of publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, and my heirs voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Grass Valley RV Resort and its owners, agents, officers, and employees from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of resort equipment or my participation in Grass Valley RV Resort sponsored activities, including but not limited to water activities. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging, or waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, officers, or employees of Grass Valley RV Resort.
CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE
Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 799.22 through 799.25, and 1866, recreational vehicle may be removed from the premises without judicial hearing if the owner or occupants of said vehicle who has been in the park for 30 days or less, has either:
(1) failed to pay for his/her occupancy in the park,
(2) failed to comply with the park’s rules and regulations, or (3) failed to vacate on a specified date.

This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for loss of money, or valuables of any kind.
